Beautiful kettle to look at. BUT, VERY LOUD while boiling. Told Seller, and was advised to not be in the same room if I was bothered by the loud kettle!!. Everytime you pick up kettle, handle makes cracking sound.

I ordered the cream kettle as it matches my decor. When I received my package it had 'Mint green' on the box. I didn't open it as I did not want to have a problem returning it if I needed to. I emailed and got an immediate response asking me to check inside the box just incase.....inside the box it was cream as I had ordered. The communication is excellent and I really love this jug.
