With super high postage the two ram dimm's were posted from US to AU.... in a floppy satchel albeit with thin bubble wrap lining. No cardboard support for the dimm's could have been easily damaged in postage so quite disappointed on the care given considering it was a $40 postage cost for 2 dimm's of RAM....could have been put in a box at least!
Otherwise aside from all that, ram works in Mac pro 4.1 so happy with outcome.... and was at least re-sealed in a static bag before posting.

Purchased RAM module for an old laptop. The module arrived in a good packaging and in a good condition. Unfortunately, the module did not work with my machine. I discussed with the seller and tried to troubleshoot, but couldn't make it work. The seller agreed to do full refund. Seller is very responsive and reasonable, so even though the RAM did not work for me I highly recommend the seller.
