I am satisfied with the item. It is in new condition and arrived in an open box as described. No issues with its functions so far. Tracking was a nightmare and delivery took longer than anticipated. Tracking would not update all it said “in Canada” for a few updates in a row and granted that it was overdue for delivery it was quite frustrating.
