Seller was helpful in answering questions prior to the shipment. The freight carrier could not initially make the delivery because they did not have a pallet jack with long enough arms and had to come back another day with a longer pallet jack to offload the machine. It would be useful for the Seller to include written instructions on how to hook up the monitor to the machine (it is shipped separately), but with a phone call to the seller, I was able to obtain the needed information.
