The battery had to be replaced because it couldn't charge beyond 40% and was draining fast- So it was not useable out of the box. Came with a Dell charger instead of HP charger which shows some incompatibility. i.e charges only when reversed. Other than those issues, the laptop is good. I am keeping it. May be it is the price of buying cheap used item.
