I did not receive my order. The seller used the cheapest delivery option which the royal mail didn't appreciate even if the postman left it somewhere but its not there. I tried to claim with royal mail but according to them it should be the seller who should do the refund but the seller ignored it and I didn't get any refund.

This order was sent tracked, we would like to point out that a tracked item postage label is not the cheapest. As a seller we had done everything we could to ensure the package was sent correctly and as per tracking shows it had been delivered to the buyer. We did not ignore the buyer and had responded to him numerous of times, this review is unfortunately not true.
