Took a bit to ship but moved at a reasonable speed once it was with UPS. Could have been packed better, was just wrapped in bubble wrap via UPS. This resulted in bumper being bent and a crease developing. Bumper also had several large, new scratches that were not present in the listing. Seller offered small refund after a back-and-forth negotiation. Communication was quicker than most, almost immediate responses, which was nice.
