    I purchased these adorable pink cloud wrist rests for my new gaming set up! They came in as advertised and was a bundle of a mouse pad and two wrist rests! The only issue is that one of the smaller clouds did not come in. The packaging protected the wrist rests and mouse pad and it was shipped a day or two after purchase. While I am still a bit bummed about how one of the pieces was not included in the package, it was worth the price for the set :)!

    Good printer. Not so much the computer reporting system HP Smart

    Like the printer a lot. What I do not like is the printing status system. I have had trouble with this, with the computer often reporting "Printer does not exist". This seems to have gone away now after 2 re-installs. Will keep checking on this since I do not print a lot. Another bad part was that the startup cartridges have very little ink and ran out very quickly, and I had to wait a long time for the replacements from Instant Ink. Luckily they were very responsive when I complained and they immediately sent replacements by express mail. Still had to wait several days with a non-functional printer. If you print a lot, may be worthwhile buying a couple of cartridges before signing up for Instant Ink

    Don't buy one of these unless you love ulcers and headaches.

    The setup was extremely difficult since HP does not include any driver software with the device. They didn't even include adequate instructions to setting up the scanner or printer ink. The ink was hidden in the white Styrofoam packaging material in little white cardboard boxes making them almost invisible. There were no instructions telling me to delete previous printer drivers and software before installing the Envy printer and scanner which caused conflicts and made me spend another two or three hours working on it. HP did not give any info about where to find printer and scanner drivers on the internet and their website is very confusing and difficult to sort out which software to use. I would not recommend the All In One Envy Printer/scanner to anyone who is not 100% tech savvy and ...

    JUNK DON'T BUY!

    Did not come in its original box. Nothing but the printer, ink, power cord. No ink caution flyer. No set up card. No getting started card. No instant ink flyer. And No Media Pack!! It must have been a return or refurbished printer!?!? Will NOT connect wirelessly! Wont connect with the internet!?!? Cant connect other devices to it!?!? It does nothing that it claims it can do!! 123.hp does not help in any way!? I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HP PRINTER AGAIN!!!

    Works as designed. Easy to setup. Print is crisp, colors good, photos clear. Occasionally drops from wireless network and need to restart all devices. Replacement ink is a bit pricey

    Good printer with many features

    The printer was easy to set up. I looked up the set up procedure on you-tube so I had an idea what was suppose to happen. Just plugged it in and followed what it says to do on the printer screen. The directions that came with the printer are pretty much useless. I have two laptops and a phone hooked up to the printer. The print quality is very good. The print cartridges are HP 64.
