The item was brand new as described. Fast dispatch/delivery even though it had to come from Germany to UK. Please note the item comes without the USB cover and rubber seal and the configuration needs to be updated by a Fazua Dealer e.g. Max Speed was set to 0kph so needs to be updated to 25kph. Also due to Brexit additional import duties need to be paid directly to the courier (UPS) which came to approx £78.

Item exactly as described and seller was fine. Only comments are; 1. I would like to have it made clearer that there are import duties payable upon receipt. This added £67.85 to cost. And 2. The speed IS factory set to 0 mph and it requires reprogramming. Sadly, most bike shops have no idea or do not have the necessary soft ware to do it. Even my local Halfords, a nationwide Fazua accredited dealer had no clue. I eventually contacted Fazua customer support who fixed it remotely.

Anders als in der Beschreibung war der Artikel nicht in einer Originalverpackung von SRAM, sondern sicher in Karton eingepackt. Allerdings hatte das auch seine Vorteile. Die Kassette besteht aus 9 Teilen zzgl. der Distanzstücke. Bei der Originalverpackung liegen diese Lose. In diesem waren sie aber bereits vormontiert auf einem Halter fixiert, was den Einbau sehr erleichtert hat. Versand ging zügig, Preis i. O. - Klare Empfehlung
