    Merchant displayed and announced a lack of understanding of the product. Merchant packed the camera fully assembled, unprotected by bubble wrap, and stored loose in a box with insufficient packing material. Consequently the prism broke off in transit, shattering the focus screen in the process. To the merchant's credit, the turnaround time for the refund was short. I would expect a higher level of competence regarding the sale and shipment of cameras from a camera store.
