Ebay's issue or the seller? Also it's USPS so maybe not like Fedx or UPS.

Overall it is an excellent value to buy one of their brush plate kits rather than buying a starter. Even with the slow shipping I would still purchase again from the seller. Someone had installed the wrong brush plate in my starter and it was spinning backwards.
