I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The package was shipped very quickly and I know the didn't even charge me enough to cover the actual shipping cost. In addition, the shoes were listed as used but if they were used it was only to walk from the bedroom to the kitchen!! I saved $80 vs. buying these from my local outdoor store so thank you Mr. or Mrs. Seller for doing an outstanding job.

Excellent communication and willingness to correct issues. The mouse was listed as "open box". It was plainly not open box. It had signs of use that are only present from extended use, gunk and mouse pad fibers along the edge of the skates. The only accessory it came with was the USB adapter. It was also in packaging for a different mouse.
I relayed that information along with pictures and received a full refund with instructions to not send the item back, with no hassle. Excellent response.

Unfortunately the snow jacket I ordered was not as described. It said New with tags but, it had no tags and no factory sealed packaging. It also came with a defect ( tear on the sleeve). But overall I’m thankful for the sellers timely response to my concern by reimbursing me for the defective jacket.
