Item ordered 14/12 and promised delivery before Christmas from what was supposed to be an Australian destination. Not so. Not received till mid January and was received damaged in flimsy paper envelope with no bubblewrap at all via AMAZON from US. After a very long process trying to chase down a replacement, it was received once again in the same packaging again from Amazon and again was slightly damaged. Not bothering to chase up a replacemement. Really poor customer service and bad expereince.
