Ordered brand new item but was sent a faulty used item when I asked for them to send me a brand new item they refused perhaps they never had one in the first instance Also a few days after ordering item I was sent an email saying their records indicated I had received the item yet I hadn't..they then apologised for that error I have warned you do not deal with these people this is the exact thing that puts people off from buying online I am very disappointed
