The 5 litre CO2 reactor works very well. First batch I used a yeast, sugar, water mix with about 750ml space above the brew. Without any heat the yeast got to work and the psi climbed to 150 overnight, then to 340 by day7. This recipe leaves you with a useful by product to extract. I would not rely on the plastic bubble counter to hold aforementioned psi. Leave it open, and use the metal regulator provided to control the feed, leaving the bubble counter to count bubbles.

This Bento Box is really well made. The lid is thicker and stiffer than I was expecting. The seal seems really decent and the latches snap firm. The brushed outside finish and polished inside finish is perfect combo for outside aesthetics and inside cleaning. I also tested it on my induction stove top and it works! So can now reheat my leftovers without plastic without microwave. A slightly larger version would be my only request! If it is 304 Stainless as they claim, it's finally safe option
