I paid to have it installed and the image is very grainy and has lines on the screen. I would have to pay again to have it removed. It arrived 3 days late (past the advertised arrive by date) and no notification was given about the delay. The vendor has poor customer service. Most important, the item is COUNTERFEIT (a fake pioneer)--it is not authentic and the quality is very poor. As for the item being counterfeit, there are serial numbers on the radio. You can verify with Pioneer via Serial numbers.
