I paid $400 American dollars for a pair of glasses that in no way implied or showed the significant damage that was on these glasses. Yes it said excellent condition and signs of being worn.. but this is just dishonesty when you give no indication to the seller that they are in this condition until you get them. This person his the defects in the advertising. What a crook

Every story has two versions & here's ours:- We didn't see the scratches when sending the item- The buyer sent pics of glasses with scratches, no questions asked, and we apologised.- We offered a return with a full refund-The buyer cursed for a 90% refund to her personal bank + keeping the item - we denied it and asked for a return with a full refund-The buyer changed her mind again and asked for a 50% refund- We complied via eBay policy, & a partial refund was given within 48 hours.
