Seller didn’t send item despite their eBay store and website being open when I purchased and delivery dates clearly displayed on the listing, I even double checked their trading hours for Xmas closure dates before purchase. I would have been fine with a refund but then I got a snarky message from them saying they had been closed and delivery delays were in the listing. I had screenshots of the listing, it wasn’t true, it was rude and unnecessary. Price double everywhere else too.

We had handling time set to 4 days instead of our normal same day handling to allow for the few days we were closed over our short holiday break. This should have been displayed by eBay on our listings. If an order was placed on the 27th, 4 business days handling is sent by the 3rd. We did not send a "snarky" message and never provide customer service in a "rude" manor. If you have ever dealt with us you know how we operate our business! Buy direct and save!
