First time
I bought these hoping they would hold up better than sone of the ones I’ve acquired before. I’ve spent anywhere from 10.00 up to 20.00 on other brands and styles mainly I was looking for comfort and great sound and ease of use. I’ve never heard of jlabs till i bought this pair on a whim. And boy was I glad I bought them at first it took sone time getting used to how they worked with all the tapping etc. but after getting that figured out and the range is phenomenal!! Most of my other sets had about a range of Bluetooth wise of 500’ and that wasn’t including obstacles. These on the other hand has about a 900-1000’ range with obstacles and the comfort tips that come with them I love also, let alone the the 3 different equalizer presets from regular, to extra bass, to their custom set up . The recharge time is real quick to in most about an 1&1/2 hour recharge but you get almost a full 8-10 hours of non stop usage. And if you need extra or replacement parts you can goto the website to order either new tips, ear buds individually or even the charging case or buy the whole set up for 30.00 and cones with a 2 yr warranty on them tooVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Terrific deal!
These are far superior to the first pair I bought which were a different brand and quit working after 2 weeks. Getting two pairs of JLab earbuds for the price of one was a terrific deal. It took a little getting used to to get them in my ears the right way because of the no-stem style but now it's easy and they do not fall out during my gym workouts. The sound is fine for spoken word because I listen to audiobooks and podcasts. I can't vouch for how music sounds. The touch settings work very well. Connectivity problems.
