The Apple pencil I bought from this seller was a gift to a friend so I didn t open it but immediately sent it to them. They were only able to open the package after the 30 day return window had passed and learned that the Pencil would not connect to their iPad no matter what they tried. I reached out to this seller through the eBay return process and they accepted the defective Pencil and processed my refund. Other than the Pencil not being as described, this seller is quick to resolve issues.
