I bought from this seller the power supply as Open box excellent condition, My location is country Georgia Tbilisi and i use shipping company to get my staff from America, so i have to pay additional shipping and tax to get item in my country. Power supply was At not working condition and there was burned mosfets. PA60R099P7. i asked to refund me a money, sellers asked me return this burned power supply, to return it i have to pay a lot of money to send it in america. I loose my Money.

In the description it says NEW, but is not, the item is use and DAMAGE. Don't trust at all this seller. He took the pictures covered the open package, he put clear tape inside to put it back together. I dont recommend this seller.
