One of the cups arrived with damage that was not pictured. I contacted the seller with a picture of the cup and they immediately jumped to the conclusion that I damaged the cup intentionally. This seller was so rude, I will absolutely avoid them in the future. I later found bits of enamel in the shipping box and reached out again, but this time I got the silent treatment. Terrible experience.
