The car didn't come with the factory styrofoam insert that houses the car. This was NOT mentioned in the listing. The seller just shipped the train car as is; inside the box. He could have wrapped the car in bubble wrap or something. The train was loose inside the box. One of the steps broke off during shipping as a result. I reached out to the seller to let him know. He said "I am very sorry". He never offered a resolution for the broken car. Very careless packaging for a $70 train car.
