    For the person who does not have eyelashes!

    This is the only mascara base that works on my thin, sparce, light eyelashes. This product makes my eyelashes look thicker and longer. I love that it goes on "white" so I can see if there are any spaces I missed. Since it plumps up what little eyelashes I have, it makes me look like I have lashes that I truly don't have. I have been using this product almost 15 years and have tried others, but always come back to Cils Booster. It is well worth the money and the cheaper brands simply don't work as well.

    Cils Booster

    I've been using this product for 15 years and I can't do without it. It conditions your lashes and provides a base for your mascara which really accentuates your lashes making them longer & plumper with just one coat. I love it and highly recommend.

    Doesnt help

    Doesn't make my eyelashes look any different. Used for a few days and I was hoping for my eyelashes to look fuller and longer but didn't think this was doing the trick. Tested my theory today and didn't use the primer and can definitely say this doesn't work for me.
