    I take full responsibility but expected to receive more than 1 coaster. In the description., said a pack of so many. One supplied. I assumed one was one pack not one coaster. I realise the item was very good value but I have since ordered a pack of 6 for around the same price.

    Item clearly described as aluminium, metal. What i actually received was plastic. Numerous messages between myself and seller who clearly knows what he is doing and attempting to get money from buyers for inferior goods, just look at other feedback. Offered me £3, seems a regular thing he does, then offered me less! Eventually i got the full amount refunded, but at all times i was asked to leave positive feedback. Absolutely criminal behaviour. Avoid. People like this need stopping.
