I finally received the maxicard today Sept. 23, 2023 after much complaint to USPS. The problem was that the USPS bar code sticky note was placed at the bottom of the envelope and covered the zip code, making envelope unreadable by the equipment. This was the very first time that USPS was very professional and succeeded in locating a missing registered item, and sending it to the recipient after much unnecessary detour. Thank you USPS. Lesson to seller: address label should not be near the bottom
