    Update on previous feedback - this seller sent the product in a thin plastic bag, so that the product was crushed in transit. They should have sent it in a box, because it is a liquid. After many messages back and forth, they are blaming the post office and refusing to replace or refund. Just thought you would like to know how they do business. (At first the claim was that the seller was ill and their brother made the mistake in packaging because he lacked experience).

    This buyer is totally confused and left this feedback for a wrong person. She admitted she meant to follow up with a negative feedback left for another seller and supposedly contacted ebay to request a removal, but nothing got done. We don't ship in thin plastic bags and we didn't claim that someone's brother was helping with packaging. It's unbelievable that we have to pay for someone else's mistake.
