When I took my old screen out and saw numbers didn't match (my error), I called for exchange, and the tech who answered on first ring arranged a quick RMA exchange, cross shipped. Later, that beautifully packed replacement seemed DOA (my old one still worked, it didn't), so I exchanged again, again cross shipped, and the new one is working beautifully.
