I absolutely love my new bag! I had been looking for a quality, structured leather backpack for a trip I'm going on and everything seemed so expensive until I came across this one. The quality is exactly as described and the product looks exactly as pictured. Not only this but postage was (I think) the fastest I've ever experienced, with the bag arriving within a day of postage. Overall 10/10 experience!

The item has a chip in the glass. The seller has not sent a label so I can return the item I sent her a picture of the chip on the glass and a copy of the box. I would not recommend this seller. I will never order from the seller again. This issue was sent to the seller as soon as I open up the box on February 27, 28.
