    I received the item today unboxed it, examined it saw that it was dropped and has damage to the front bottom corner but none to the box that it shipped in plugged it in and doesn't light as it should light when it 's plugged into an electrical outlet to get power . Took the unit to Best Buy to have it looked at by their service tec and they said it's got a fault that needs to be repaired so I am refusing the item and request a refund .
