So if your fingers are different sizes from each other, you may want to order two packs of different sizes. I don't have incredibly large hands and the Larges fit right across all of my fingers. Otherwise, good stuff! You can also file, trim, and warm with a hair dryer if you want to make adjustments! Also, let your nails grow out a bit so that they overlap & grab the tip of the pick.
