Described as "New", but the box was clearly open when I got it and seller admitted they had checked it before sending. The order said it would be delivered by 12/23/2023 but did not arrive until 1/2/2024. Claimed it was missing some accessories, but how would they know that if it was new and unopened? Clearly e returned item that they lied about the shipping time. Item appears to be as described but have not tried it out.Was supposed to be an Xmas gift.

The rocket lamp I bought said HAND-MADE and made out of METALl. What I received was a broken, plastic miniature rocket lamp with 1 light broken. Even the pictures that were used were fake. If you buy this lamp, Just know it's all plastic and is very small. This is a DISHONEST seller. When I notified the seller of this item being falsely advertised, plastic, broken and 1 bulb out, all they could say was send me a picture. They ended up giving me $20. I would NEVER order from them again.

It’s a scam and a rip off. They took weeks to send me a fake product from China. It’s all wrong and dangerous because unlike real Lume, you can’t trace it back to a manufacturer nor do you really know what’s in it. It says Eelhoe but copied Lumie from their listing to the packaging. Buyer beware and steer clear. I want a full refund. Scammers.
