I also contacted Crucial directly after I did some tests on the unit, however, they didn't bother to read these, instead sending stock replies asking that I complete a plethora of tests including uninstalling/reinstalling drivers from my PC. Part of the tests I did was unplugging the X-10 and replacing with another manufacturer's product which was OK
