The spine is faded and wrinkled at the base. The binding is tight and the laid paper pages are clean. Generally in brilliant antique condition apart from a very little foxing to the frontispiece, tissue guard and title pages. Library stamp on the title page and reverse of frontispiece only from Queensland Parliamentary Library 29th August 1911. The end papers are browned. There is a cutting flaw to the Notice page in the publisher's catalogue that has been dog ear folded in.”
