    Right ear bud powerless.

    The right ear bud would not power up. Didn't know that when I followed the directions to pair and connect. Contacted JLab to see if they could help me with connection/pairing. That's when they figured there was an internal batter malfunction in the right earbud, They sent me out a new pair which work fine. Pleased with the sound and functionality of the app.Would have give 5 stars had the original pair worked. Got to say, though, JLab's customer service is excellent and they stand behind their product.

    JLab Gets it Done

    I have often purchased JLab products because of their sound quality and their reliability. I am using these wireless headphones for work. The sound is fine, but sometimes it's a challenge to get the bluetooth to work with my Windows computer. (This is more of an issue with the computer than the headphones.) The headphones work great, but they seem to be more bluetooth friendly with iOS.

    Ear hooks are too long. They don't keep the earphones on my ear BUT, they do stop them from falling off completely.

    The hooks are a bit too large for my ears so they dont latch on. But, when they fall off they dont completely fall off my head. That is the consolation. Great price. Great shipping. Great product. Great Seller :)
