Seller was good about communicating and working with us. The item was shipped and received. it did have a small crack in the back panel from shipping damage that we didn’t notice until the next day when we open the package.  Seller said that shipper wouldn’t cover that since we didn’t document it when it was delivered. Other than that, the duplicator had a lot of ink spots and quite a bit of dirt and a few rust spots, that weren’t disclosed. But works fine.
