The item was definitely new and actually a good looking lounge, very high up which is good for people with long legs. Very firm and the colour was good, adds vibrancy to the lounge room. The only thing I have to say is that the front leg with the screw didn't go in as the drilled hole in the lounge is too big, therefore, it's currently sitting on a stack of books. I'll visit a hardware store to help me sort this out. That's the only negative thing I got to say otherwise it's a good lounge.

The only negative was the company that delivered the mat, I live in a fenced village & the letterboxes are right near the entrance, my parcel & several others were left at the letterboxes without anyone knowing. It was a resident who saw the parcels when collecting his mail & alerted the office who, in turn, contacted the effected residents. Not good.

Product arrived as described. Very well packaged and no damage. I was a little worried as it’s a glass mirror and I didn’t opt for the insurance.
The courier used was a little slower than they said but was able to track its position all the way so made sure I was home to accept delivery. Thank you very good seller 👍
