Buyer selected "Local Pick Up" even though she leave states away so I paid the $44 for shipping because the buyer messaged for 2 weeks wanting this item for her son but didn't have the funds. It was Christmas time so I didn't even mention the shipping cost even though I didn't make much profit for a like new product. Once received she stated the item had an issue so I offered a refund if she returned it. I didn't hear back until this negative review. I went above & beyond which is all I can do!
