The item was listed as brand new. However when it arrived it was a resealed box, small scratches, fingerprints and a worn finish, paid new price. It looked like a return of an item that had been lightly used for 3 months.
In the end I ve revised feedback due to the seller resolving the issue with minimum fuss with professional and courteous in communication, but please list condition correctly or use pictures that aren t stock photos from online if it s not brand new as it s still inconvenient.

I will add after the issue they were a no fuss seller, polite and immediately apologised, quick communication, organised a return without delay and issued a refund and didn't argue about it. They were consistent with details so given their good communication I feel their customer service redeems them by comparison to other sellers. Just a bit more attention to detail or actual product photos (not stock photos from online) would have sorted out the issues before they happen. Cheers.
