Item listed as taking 1 week to ship from Melbourne to Sydney. No tracking info provided. After 2 1/2 weeks seller said it was still coming and provided info for an item being shipped from overseas. There's no problem shipping something from overseas. Just don't falsely list it as coming from Australia. If it's no longer available and it needs to come from overseas, tell the buyer, give them choices, don't leave them waiting.

Purchased an item but received a cheap imitation and was not the advertised item, the seller will not give me the item I purchased.i have messaged them multiple times over 2 months to no avail. They say the item is not in stock but I have checked and it is. When I messaged them as to when I'd get the item , they said it is out of stock all of a sudden and the advertised item is now out of stock. It didn’t come in advertised box and missing the cover all that was delivered was ball and pump in a plastic bag . Seller messaged and told to send back for a refund . Has to pay $19 to post back and that was 2 weeks ago. Still no refund. Request immediate refund not happy $150 out of pocket
