This was the second item I ordered from this seller. The first robe came with Tommy Bahama tags and was exactly as described. However, this robe, while appearing to be new had a red x marked on the label and did not have new item tags so I contacted the seller who was prompt in accepting my return, apologized for the error, and once they received the item refunded including the shipping! Awesome service!
