The condition of this GE Digital Messaging System was stated to be "New" multiple times in the listing. Upon inspection, this System is Used, having both Outgoing and Incoming messages recorded on it. The seller offered to accept a return. As the item was needed, we decided to keep it. However, we are displeased that we purchased what was stated to be a "New" item and received a "Used" item.

It was new and you stated what a nice product it was and how I can “make it right” by agreeing to an acceptable price of a partial refund as it had two messages on it (which it did not) and so when I declined the partial refund and offered you a full return instead - I receive this negative review as you kept my item instead of returning it for a full refund making me believe that you were hoping to get this for even less than the low price i agreed too
