I assume this was a logistics issue and to do with the transit of the order in the post. I reached out to the seller Gudz UK who agreed to give me a full refund. I can't blame the seller here as they have been so understanding. These things do happen from time to time, and I hope the seller gets this delivery issue resolved with Royal Mail.

I nearly put a claim in, and had no response to my earlier email. It cost me more this time, yet I get a poorer service. They arrived in new condition though! I have bought them many times before without a problem from other sellers. Not that impressed.

I informed the seller that I had not received the item and they sent out a replacement parcel which arrived the next day in perfect condition. The goods are of high quality,value and the seller provided me with a service that was above and beyond excellent.
