A ruse for their error. I'll keep the two Beetles, which otherwise work as expected, thank you. Be advised: Grandpa does not know what he is selling.

I contacted the seller for an explanation and he claimed not to have received unit back despite having issued the return label, which contains tracking information. Communication was polite but seller was unefficient.
