The item is damaged it just not working right. The "In" is blinking so it thinks there is power coming in but it's not even plugged in and there was no power on the USB output either. Asked seller to return but the seller asked if I know anyone who can fix it for a 30% off.. which is unreasonable to me for a new product. Picture quality and timing was off so I want able to take the picture of the blinking "in" and video is too big to upload.
