The screw you found not tight was INTENTIONALLY left loose, it's the bleed screw to make sure you fulfil the coolant system correctly and purge air out, it is also from factory marked on the aluminium casting with "water out"

the item was dispatched only after 3 days. I have paid for DHL express shipping but the item was sent by a slow and cheap company, really bad communication

Sometimes a mannerless and rude buyer happens and this is the case. He forgot to tell that he provided different addresses all of them with incorrect/non existing postal codes and DHL/UPS refuse to ship if the adress is not in their database. Item has been shipped within three days as stated with a different and more expensive Courier that was the only one accepting the incoherent address, I gave him the invoice of the cost as a proof, therefore he is making a false statement. This is DEFAMATORY
