Marie has been lovely to deal with. The book arrived at 10:21 am this morning. Although 2 pages were found torn out from the volume. It wasn't mentioned in Marie's conversations with me. The missing torn out page was immediately noticeable upon unwrapping the package. Seller would have seen this, but never mentioned it. Mike
