This is a real disappointment - it cannot be classified as a sofa bed. There is barely any cushioning on the base , the back is pretty much just covered in fabric and you can feel the wood , so no one could sleep on this - the sides we are trying not to lean on them again just covered in fabric or barely any cushioning and really flimsy. The cushions - barely any filling are flat as pancakes - I have requested a refund ( it simply cannot be used as a sofa bed.l

A distressing experience: Authority to Leave wasn't given. Kennel left was the incorrect size. Delayed response from the seller until eBay stepped in. A discount was offered that give a price higher than their advertised price for this smaller kennel. The seller puts the onus on the buyer to arrange the return pickup and doesn't offer the correct order to be delivered. Have no expectation that the correct order will be delivered and that the buyer will provide a replacement at any time.
