Communication was poor, I thought I was being scammed. Turned out family emergency caused that, so no they are not scammers, but when using ebay please remember that buyers gave you their money, they don't know about your life, and you have a responsibility to keep in touch no matter what. I have been promised a refund and I would not be surprised if that's going to be a struggle too. I am owed money now. Let's see what happens or if I have to reach out AGAIN to eBay to make it happen.
