The seller misrepresented the item, selling it as new but shipping it used. Instead of a new brush, I received a used one with scratches around the all edges of the brush and covered in animal hair. The brush has been used extensively, causing the top bristles to darken. I can't use it for my cat since I don't know its previous use. Despite requesting a replacement, there has been no response from the seller.
